About Otago Properties

Otago Properties is an independent property-evidence site for Central Otago and Wānaka, published by 37x Limited, a Guernsey company. It is not affiliated with any government, council, registry or estate agency.

The site brings together three things for Central Otago: official statistics and registers (see sources), local estate agents and property firms observed on their own websites (agents, firms), and dated property listings linked back to the agency that published them.

Nothing on this site is a valuation, a legal search or advice. Figures keep the source's own period and geography. If something is wrong, use contact & corrections.
